Before I could operate a vehicle on my own, I spent my days after school with my grandmother, driving to the South Natomas Library; to her shaded driveway to read from the Sacramento Bee; to the Crocker Art Museum; to the California State Capitol.

 

Cemented in my experience as a Sacramento native and Political Science alumnae, is the importance of engaging with community, curiosity, and avidity for a diverse consumption of perspectives.

 

Aspirant and creatively driven, I am motivated as a young professional to be a co-creator of communication campaigns within a professional community dedicated to positively shaping the stories of now.
